With over 22 years of experience in the hair industry, Erin combines artistry and precision to bring out the best in every client. Her philosophy is simple: enhance your natural beauty with expert techniques that make you look and feel your most elegant self. In 2021, Erin expanded Hour Rose Salon to a second location in Minneapolis, Minnesota, where she now resides, followed by an additional location in Saint Paul, Minnesota, in 2026.

Meet Greyson! A skillful artist with a passion for anything outside the box. Greyson is an Aveda graduate with a knack for funky hair. She is MN born and raised, and she loves finding new things to do in the Twin Cities (bonus if she can bring her cats). If you want to be as blonde as possible or like an offbeat vivid, she is the Stylist for you! Grey believes in listening and safely achieving client hair goals. She looks forward to getting to know you and your hair.

Erin:
Erin Barr is a Master Stylist, Founder, and Educator at Hour Rose Salon. After training with top NYC and London salons and editorial stylists, Erin has perfected her craft of Cutting/Color, and most notably, balayage, custom color services, and extensions. With 22 years of experience in the hair industry, Erin created the Hour Rose Salon brand, establishing a space built on intention and creativity for everyone.

Maisy, a MN native and Aveda graduate, is our Brunette specialist here at Hour Rose Saint Paul! She loves all things blonding, cutting, and extensions. When not behind the chair, she's with her dog, her family, or watching a WNBA game.

Meet Monica! She's a total bleach addict who believes that "feeling good" is the absolute best look of all. She loves using her creative side to help her clients reach their hair goals safely, ensuring they feel supported every step of the way! For Monica, the best part of this job is the new friendships she makes in her chair. When off the clock, you'll definitely find her at a boba shop somewhere with her besties!

Naomi is a Stylist with a passion for creating movement, texture, and personalized color. She specializes in modern shags, soft layered haircuts, and all types of blonding services, from bright dimensional blondes to seamless lived-in blends. She also loves working with vivid color, crafting bold, expressive looks for clients who want something unique. Naomi's goal is to make every guest feel confident, cared for, and excited about their hair.

Rachel:
Rachel, an Aveda graduate, is an emerging artist at Hour Rose St. Paul with the goal of making every person in her chair feel beautiful. She loves cutting, styling, coloring, and does an amazing blowout! When not in the salon, you'll probably find her tending to her plants (plant mom life), spending time with her family, or hanging out with her pets. She grew up on the East Side of Saint Paul, so working in the community that raised her means the world to her. She can't wait to have you in her chair!

Livy is a second-generation stylist who developed a love for the industry at an early age. She holds a deep passion for major hair transformations involving color, cuts, and extensions. Livy also offers makeup and facial waxing services! What Livy loves most about the industry is connecting with her clients and boosting their confidence both inside and outside of the salon.

Samuel:
Sam, an Aveda graduate and MN native, started out his career as a cutting specialist. He then received intensive education under JUUT, working with some of the industry's great educators. Itching for more creative freedom, Sam dove back into color theory and the idea of creating a total look from cut to color. Sam is incredibly talented and detail-oriented; his work speaks to that.

Skyler:
Sky is a Master Stylist and Manager at Hour Rose Salon, working out of both our Minneapolis and Saint Paul locations. With tremendous talent in all things hair, Sky has been recognized for her coloring work both locally and across the United States. She's an extraordinary creative who loves all aspects of hair cutting and color. She has a passion for vivids, and her incredible rainbow of work on Instagram speaks for itself. She was also nominated this year at Bellami's extension awards for best transformation!
