* We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations. All services may be canceled or rescheduled, at no charge, if up to 24 hours notice is given. If less than 24 hours notice is given, a 50% fee of appointment cost will be charged. If you cancel with less than 4 hours notice or no-show, you will be charged 100% the service fee.

* For all services, we require a credit card on file to hold your appointment when booking. All service pricing is valid until December, 2024, and is subject to change beyond that time.

* Online booking is available, but if there are any questions related to your service, we encourage you to call or text the salon. Proper scheduling is very important to the natural flow of the salon and the happiness of all clients.

* If you need to request an earlier appointment in the day, please call us at our Minneapolis or St. Paul locations. We strive to accommodate everyone as much as possible.

*We follow the strictest guidelines regarding Covid-19 safety and sanitation protocol, and continue to provide a Covid-free environment! If you have any symptoms or if you feel sick in general, or have been exposed to persons with Covid-19, we ask that you reschedule your appointment for 5-7 days later.

 * An additional +250 travel fee is required for Bridal/Events when traveling to locations outside of the salon.
